Sensor Team Lead - Detection (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the engineering team responsible for the endpoint product on Windows and Linux.
• Design and code production-grade C++ for robust, high-performance software.
• Mentor engineers, support team growth, and promote technical excellence.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap, focusing on scalability, developer productivity, and rapid iteration.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, research, and other teams to deliver detection and response capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews with a focus on design quality and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint development within cybersecurity.
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineers.
• Fluent C++11 or later.
• Deep understanding of operating system concepts and excellent debugging skills.
• Ability to conduct design- and quality-focused code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
