Cybersecurity Operations Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $155,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Endpoint Management and Threat Intelligence security teams.
• Maintain and improve enterprise security across servers, workstations, and mobile devices.
• Direct adversary research, indicator-of-compromise processing, threat intelligence analysis, and TTP analysis.
• Define operational metrics, project plans, risk tracking, and team objectives.
• Work with executive leadership to establish risk thresholds and communicate enterprise risk.
• Deliver actionable intelligence briefings to technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience managing cybersecurity or security operations teams.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise endpoint security, MDM, vulnerability management, patch management, CVSS, CWE, Active Directory, and GPOs.
• Strong experience with threat intelligence operations, cyber adversary research, IOC processing, and TTP analysis.
• Experience with adversary emulation, penetration testing, purple teaming, cybersecurity exercises, and enterprise risk analysis.
• Ability to manage multi-month resourced project plans, competing priorities, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work directly with executive management and translate technical findings into organizational guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience with log analysis, query development, security event triage, and security operations quality improvement.
• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Perl.
• Familiarity with application development concepts including Java, .NET, and VBScript.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCTI, or GCIA.
