AI Security CoE Lead, VP

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model with office attendance and work from home. The exact office/home split will be discussed during the application and interview process.

What you will do

• Define the AI security strategy, operating model, roadmap, governance framework, and service catalog.
• Lead secure AI adoption across business, technology, risk, compliance, and audit functions.
• Establish AI security standards, controls, metrics, and Mythos readiness.
• Coordinate AI architecture, red teaming, security engineering, data protection, and assurance capabilities.
• Build a long-term AI security team and manage specialist consultants and vendors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience across security engineering, architecture, vulnerability management, application or cloud security, or technology risk.
• Recent experience applying cybersecurity expertise to AI/ML and generative AI security.
• Experience building or leading vulnerability and threat management capabilities, including risk prioritization, remediation governance, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Practical experience addressing LLM, RAG, agentic AI, model/API, data, and AI supply-chain vulnerabilities.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery experience in complex regulated environments; financial services experience is preferred.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying critical judgment to responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
