Senior Product Manager (Sovereign AI)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and product decisions for shared platform capabilities such as data ingestion, retrieval, knowledge, AI-agent workflows, evaluation, and deployment readiness.
• Run customer and commercial discovery to identify high-value workflows, adoption obstacles, and market needs.
• Translate field insights into product opportunities, requirements, success measures, and delivery decisions.
• Identify reusable platform capabilities and prevent permanent customer-specific forks.
• Partner with engineering and research teams on scope, sequencing, technical trade-offs, and quality requirements.
• Support product outbound work, operating rhythms, and post-release learning while ensuring sovereign deployment requirements are met.

Requirements

• 7+ years of end-to-end product management experience or equivalent scope and track record.
• Experience with AI, data platforms, search and retrieval, knowledge graphs, analytics, or agentic systems.
• Practical experience building or defining agentic flows, evaluation harnesses, quality gates, or other AI-assisted product workflows.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear choices, requirements, and outcomes and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in intelligence, law enforcement, defense, public safety, government technology, or another highly regulated environment.
• Experience with on-premise, private-cloud, or air-gapped enterprise products, with sound judgment around sensitive information, security, privacy, and data sovereignty.

Nice to have

• Experience with product marketing, demos, proposals, sales enablement, or partner conversations.
• Familiarity with government procurement, security reviews, or long enterprise sales cycles.
