Senior Product Manager, AI-Native Platform (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Givatayim, Tel Aviv area, Israel

What you will do

• Own the AI-native platform strategy, roadmap, and outcomes across adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.
• Lead priorities, requirements, trade-offs, and delivery for a dedicated engineering team in partnership with design.
• Define the AI agent experience, including reliable outputs, actionable results, and product quality standards.
• Coordinate with AI, data, platform, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Conduct customer discovery, analyze product data, monitor the competitive landscape, and support product launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, primarily in B2B SaaS.
• Experience shipping AI- or LLM-powered products to customers, including production quality and evaluation.
• Strong product sense and UX judgment for complex, data-rich products.
• Technical, hands-on approach with experience prototyping using AI tools, working with data, and collaborating deeply with engineers.
• Experience leading work across multiple teams and stakeholders, with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; hybrid work in Israel is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent or workflow automation products.
• Background in marketing, digital intelligence, or analytics.
• Experience with usage-based pricing or product-led growth.
• Technical background in engineering, data, or analytics.
• Hebrew.
