Senior Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid office role in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

• Define and lead the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Platform Core across hirify.global Cloud Exposure and AI Exposure.
• Build relationships with customers and prospects to understand workflows, identify unmet needs, and validate product direction.
• Lead technically complex capabilities involving unified data models, APIs, integrations, access management, and shared customer experiences.
• Drive platform innovation, including AI- and agent-enabled customer interactions and administration experiences.
• Align product, engineering, and design stakeholders around strategic priorities and resolve complex product tradeoffs.
• Own outcomes from discovery through delivery and adoption using success metrics, customer insights, and usage data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technically complex platform or enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of data models, APIs, access control, and integrations, with the ability to participate in architectural discussions.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and translate customer understanding into product strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Experience defining product vision, identifying innovation opportunities, and developing actionable roadmaps.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple teams and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with cloud security, enterprise SaaS platforms, or multi-product environments.
