Management Accountant SU (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Oversee monthly and quarterly management-account close processes, reporting packages, KPI analysis, variance explanations, accruals, and journals.
• Build analyses covering product costing, production variation, and COGS, and provide actionable insights to finance and business leadership.
• Review data from multiple systems and stakeholders, identify KPI trends, and develop recommendations for finance business partners and FP&A.
• Improve data governance, reporting quality, process standardisation, and sharing of best practices across the Shared Finance team.
• Support reporting automation, enterprise data consolidation, SOX controls, and audit requests.
• Manage, develop, and evaluate direct reports while setting and delivering team objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and full professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• At least five years of relevant experience in production planning, forecasting, and reporting within manufacturing.
• Manufacturing or supply chain experience.
• Experience with planning systems and reporting technology, including SAP.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, modelling, database, communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

Nice to have

• Previous finance experience in the FMCG sector.
• Experience with strong analytical and forecasting practices.
