Delivery Coordinator

Location: Fully remote from Colombia; working hours overlap with standard US Mountain Time hours, with some flexibility.

Salary: USD 1,800–2,500 per month

A US-based digital team delivers WordPress and Shopify websites, e-commerce solutions, applications, integrations, hosting, and ongoing digital services for businesses, agencies, and organizations.

What you will do

• Track project timelines, milestones, task completion, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain project boards using Asana and Kanban methodologies.
• Coordinate task assignments, follow-ups, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external partners.
• Keep project statuses, owners, priorities, and next steps accurate and identify blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Translate client requests into actionable tasks and help collect content, approvals, access, and other project information.
• Support WordPress and Shopify updates, QA, SOP documentation, process improvements, and workflow adherence.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting digital projects, websites, software, or agency environments.
• Strong experience with Asana, Kanban, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent organization, communication, follow-through, and deadline management skills.
• Ability to identify blockers, missing information, dependencies, and project risks.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or basic software development concepts, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote team.
