AI Deployment Strategist

Location: Mexico; hybrid work with travel to healthcare sites across Mexico

Base salary: USD 3,000–6,000 per month, plus variable compensation tied to Ready for Use milestones and doctor adoption. Equity participation is also offered.

What you will do

• Design and run deployment plans for Mexican hospitals, insurers, and clinic chains, covering scope, specialties, timelines, metrics, stakeholders, and risks.
• Lead clinical configuration with the Medicine team, adapting note templates, protocols, and alerts to institutional needs and Mexican guidelines.
• Hire, train, manage, and coach Onboarding Specialists working in the field.
• Define pilot metrics, track adoption and outcomes, and present readouts that convert pilots into contracts.
• Run change management with medical directors, department heads, physicians, and IT teams.
• Coordinate EMR connections, technical setup, and issue resolution with Forward Deployed Engineers and Integrations.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital management, healthcare consulting, or enterprise software implementation.
• Track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ideally within hospitals or health systems.
• Strong clinical and operational judgment, data skills, and the ability to defend metrics and results to medical directors or CFOs.
• Executive presence with physicians and medical leadership, plus experience managing and developing a small team.
• Native Spanish and fluent English.
• Willingness to travel to sites across Mexico and strong focus on physician adoption rather than installation.

Nice to have

• Medical degree or clinical background.
• Experience deploying EMRs, clinical software, or AI products in hospitals.
• Knowledge of Mexican health regulations, including NOM-004, NOM-024, and LFPDPPP.
