What you will do

• Maintain accurate Jira tracking for engineering initiatives, including ownership, status, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and milestones.
• Identify and resolve stale, incomplete, or inconsistent delivery data in collaboration with responsible teams.
• Monitor blocked or delayed work, follow up on actions and decisions, and escalate persistent risks to engineering leadership.
• Provide capacity, demand, allocation, and resource-planning insights across multiple engineering teams.
• Build initiative-level dashboards and reports highlighting exceptions, trends, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate rollouts, milestones, communications, and continuous improvements across Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Operations.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Agile Delivery Coordination, PMO Analysis, Technical Project Coordination, or a similar role in software, technology, or SaaS.
• Proven experience using Jira to track initiatives, epics, dependencies, milestones, and delivery status.
• Experience producing delivery reports, managing RAID-style information, and driving actions to completion.
• Experience supporting capacity, resource, or demand planning for multiple teams or concurrent initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban, with analytical skills in dashboards, spreadsheets, throughput, lead time, ageing, and predictability metrics.
• Clear communication, strong organisation, persistence, and the ability to coordinate distributed teams without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Strong Excel skills and experience with Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps, reporting, or portfolio-planning tools.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder rollouts across product, platform, technology, or business change.
• Experience improving delivery information accuracy and usefulness across multiple engineering teams.
