Scrum Master (SaaS)

What you will do

• Coach Agile teams in Scrum, Kanban, estimation, ceremonies, artifacts, continuous improvement, and built-in quality practices.
• Facilitate team-level Scrum ceremonies and participate in SAFe train events, including PI planning, system demos, and ART syncs.
• Optimize value flow, track user stories and capabilities, and communicate Agile execution metrics.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to manage backlogs, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, quarterly Agile Team Maturity Assessments, and tracked improvement actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Strong business understanding and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of analytics and reporting solutions is desirable.
• Experience working with data teams is a strong plus.
