Creative Technologist (GenAI)

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for marketing that combines leading AI models, enterprise governance, and scalable creative production.

What you will do

• Meet with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to audit workflows, assess capabilities, and identify opportunities for GenAI and automation.
• Translate operational challenges into technical implementation plans.
• Design and build production-grade prompts, workflows, agents, and creative systems for multiple brands, markets, and channels.
• Own workflow governance, quality control, reliability, technical standards, and documentation.
• Lead training sessions, workshops, and office hours to support technical adoption and change management.
• Evaluate emerging AI models and tools, stress-test capabilities, and provide technical feedback to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in advertising creative development.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Gemini.
• Experience with model selection, prompting, and using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong written English skills for effective communication with clients and the team.
• Reliable computer with an internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps, plus strong communication and management skills.

• Prior agency experience.
