hirify.global is building a remote design team delivering web design, Webflow builds, advertising creatives, social media content, illustrations, and other creative work for startups, scaleups, and Mittelstand companies across Europe.

What you will do

• Generate and refine visual concepts using AI tools for image generation, video, text-to-design, and layout automation.
• Build, document, and roll out AI workflows that improve design quality, speed, and creative range.
• Integrate AI-assisted assets into client projects while maintaining brand integrity and craft quality.
• Run experiments, share prompts and results, train designers, and evaluate emerging AI tools for the design stack.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to turn briefs into finished visual work.
• Connect design decisions to client strategy and brand goals while managing projects from concept to delivery.

Requirements

• At least three years of proven full-time or freelance experience as a graphic, UI/UX, or motion designer.
• Excellent portfolio with recent work demonstrating strong conceptual and visual craft.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, Firefly, Sora, or Veo.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; Webflow experience is a plus.
• Understanding of marketing, website design, social media content, and advertising, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Proficient written and spoken English and a collaborative approach to teaching and knowledge sharing.
