Senior Creative Technologist (AI)

Location: Remote - US

Base compensation: $140k–$160k per year

What you will do

• Build tools, workflows, accelerators, and AI-powered experiences that support creative and product practices.
• Rapidly turn emerging AI capabilities into working prototypes, demos, and reusable outputs.
• Develop secure, performant, and structurally sound solutions using modern front-end technologies, headless CMSs, AI APIs, and tooling.
• Translate experiments into working code, documentation, and shared patterns that can be reused across disciplines.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Management, Copy, Strategy, and Production teams.
• Present technical work to internal stakeholders and clients while adapting between prototyping and structured delivery.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in creative technology, applied AI development, or a related technical discipline, with shipped work in real environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating technical depth and creative range through client work, functional tools, interactive experiences, AI-powered demos, or workflow systems.
• Fluency across the generative AI landscape and awareness of new model launches and capability releases.
• Strong command of modern front-end development, headless CMSs, AI APIs, and AI tooling.
• Understanding of software build principles, security, performance, and structural quality.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across disciplines, and drive problems through completion.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered pipelines or workflow accelerators in an agency or product environment.
• Familiarity with agentic systems and AI-native development environments.
• Experience with Python, Node, and Swift.
