Product Manager, Digital Assets - Tokenization

Location: Remote - Americas; other listed location: Remote - United States

What you will do

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the tokenization surface centered on the Instant Tokenization Network.
• Own mint and redeem flows, settlement and custody decisions, and on-chain issuance for partners.
• Lead build-versus-buy, partner-versus-direct, and onshore-versus-offshore infrastructure tradeoffs.
• Run discovery with issuers, authorized participants, market makers, broker-dealers, exchanges, custodians, and institutional clients.
• Build issuer and authorized-participant onboarding, documentation, sandbox parity, exception handling, and operational workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and leadership to deliver regulated tokenization infrastructure and broker enablement through APIs, SDKs, documentation, and reference integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, and/or founding a startup, with senior-level ownership in tokenization, digital assets, brokerage, exchanges, market infrastructure, or capital-markets technology.
• Production or near-production institutional experience with tokenized securities, RWA issuance, on-chain settlement, or closely related regulated digital-asset products.
• Strong understanding of equity and capital-markets structure, including trading, custody, clearing and settlement, stock loan and borrow, and post-trade operations.
• Experience shipping regulated products with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations, plus strong partner discovery, roadmap prioritization, communication, and business judgment.
• AI-native product workflow, with AI used as part of the daily work stack.

Nice to have

• Experience at a broker-dealer, exchange, transfer agent, custodian, market maker, or institutional digital-asset or RWA platform.
• Experience with tokenized money market funds, tokenized securities, RWA issuance, RFQ, or atomic settlement flows.
• Experience combining regulated financial-product knowledge with crypto-native infrastructure.
