TL;DR
Lead Product Manager (Digital Assets): Building regulatory technology products for banks, regulators, and regulated financial institutions adopting digital assets with an accent on customer discovery, compliance workflows, and prioritized product roadmaps. Focus on translating requirements from compliance and risk practitioners into shipped features, presenting solutions to senior regulatory audiences, and guiding roadmap decisions across executive, business development, and engineering teams.
Location: Remote in APAC / Philippines; regular travel within the US and international travel as required, including Europe and the Middle East.

What you will do
- Lead client and prospect discovery with solutions consultants, both remotely and on site.
- Build and manage a practitioner panel of compliance, risk, and operations professionals for structured interviews.
- Translate client conversations and consultant findings into prioritized product and feature decisions.
- Present products and services to clients, prospects, and regulators through demos, workshops, and tender presentations.
- Join business development and consulting teams on key client visits, primarily in the US, with international travel as needed.
- Own roadmap discussions with the CEO, Business Development, and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of B2B product management experience, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance software, or a regulated financial institution.
- Experience with financial crime, AML, transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, risk, or surveillance products.
- Experience leading complete product cycles from discovery through launch in regulated or enterprise environments.
- Native or fully proficient English and professional presentation skills for senior compliance, risk, and regulatory audiences.
- Strong prioritization skills and a record of converting customer input into shipped features.
- Technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and direct discovery through consultants as well as firsthand research.
Nice to have
- Product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform.
- Knowledge of FATF, the Travel Rule, sanctions, or MiCA-type digital asset requirements.
- Familiarity with US, UK, or EU digital asset regulation.
- Experience working with regulators or on regulatory tenders.
