TL;DR
Product Manager (Digital Assets) (electronic trading/connectivity): Owns the roadmap and delivery of trading connectivity capabilities, expanding integrations across emerging markets and supporting exchange, liquidity-provider, and multi-venue workflows with an accent on FIX and API protocols, market data, order entry, and resiliency. Focus on driving complex integrations from technical assessment through production rollout, adapting connectivity to different market structures, and solving performance and production issues with Engineering and external partners.
Location: Hybrid in London or Cyprus

What you will do
- Own the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of trading connectivity capabilities.
- Expand connectivity into emerging markets, including prediction markets and tokenized assets.
- Drive integration projects from technical assessment through development, certification, and production rollout.
- Work with Engineering on order entry, market data, FIX, REST, WebSocket APIs, security master, rate limits, resiliency, and performance.
- Ensure connectivity supports liquidity aggregation, smart order routing, algorithms, and other EMS capabilities.
- Build technical relationships with exchanges, liquidity providers, and external partners while resolving production issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in electronic trading, capital markets technology, or institutional digital assets.
- Understanding of EMS/OEMS workflows, order lifecycles, market data, and multi-venue trading.
- Experience with exchange, broker, dealer, or liquidity-provider connectivity.
- Working knowledge of FIX and API-based trading protocols, including REST and WebSocket.
- Technical aptitude with API documentation, logs, JSON messages, production data, and SQL investigations.
- Strong project ownership, attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Digital asset experience.
- Scripting experience such as Python.
- Electronic trading experience in FX, equities, futures, or other asset classes.
