Senior Product Leader (Tokenized Assets)

Location: Hybrid in London or New York City

Salary: $250,000–$310,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Lead the specification, high-level design, and delivery of a full tokenized securities venue integrated into the hirify.global platform.
• Define product capabilities across market structure, liquidity provision, clearing and settlement, on-chain and off-chain integrations, identity, KYC/AML, and regulatory reporting.
• Direct technical product management and engineering resources across dedicated teams and cross-team dependencies.
• Build relationships with early design partners and ecosystem partners to shape requirements and make build, buy, and partner decisions.
• Develop go-to-market strategy and materials with Revenue, and own the new product line’s P&L.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to support regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and identify opportunities from emerging regulations.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of professional experience.
• Experience leading complex capital-markets technology projects at banks, brokerages, asset managers, fintechs, or financial market infrastructures.
• Demonstrated product ownership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of the capital-markets lifecycle, including trading, financing, risk management, trading controls, clearing, and settlement.
• Experience developing crypto or tokenized-asset trading, portfolio, clearing, or settlement products, with knowledge of blockchain networks and DeFi.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across products in a fast-changing environment.
