Expected base pay: $191,530–$286,900 per annum

What you will do

• Shape next-generation switch ASICs from concept through development and production.
• Define new features and networking protocols for switch chips.
• Contribute to product architecture, behavioral modeling, performance modeling, and architecture validation.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to drive implementation and testing of switch features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 15+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s/PhD with 10–12 years of experience.
• Experience architecting, designing, and verifying complex ASICs.
• Deep knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 forwarding, QoS, networking protocols, datapaths, and traffic management.
• Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and geographies.
• Knowledge of C, C++, and Python.
