Salary: $55,000–$65,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end photography production for motion and still shoots.
• Schedule shoots, pre-production activities, teams, suppliers, and required resources.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders, work orders, requisitions, and outside services.
• Develop timelines, track deliverables, manage shot circulation and client approvals, and maintain production status reports.
• Coordinate with Account, Project Management, Creative, Photography Studio, Retouching, and Design teams.
• Oversee retouching, asset turnover, server delivery, and post-shoot completion while identifying risks and improving workflows.
