Executive Producer

Location: Brooklyn, NY, United States. After-hours work and overnight travel to shoots and post sessions are required.

Salary: $156,000–$184,000 annually for New York and California; the range may vary for other locations.

What you will do

• Lead production for a major account, owning the vision, quality, and delivery of work from initial concept through final wrap.
• Manage large, complex productions and quick-turn assignments on time and within budget.
• Coordinate producers, internal teams, clients, vendors, procurement groups, media agencies, and PR firms.
• Develop production solutions with account leads to support the creative vision.
• Establish production processes and ways of working, including financial and job-wrap procedures.
• Attend shoots and post-production sessions, mentor producers, and seek opportunities for underrepresented creators.

Requirements

• 10+ years of production experience at a creatively driven company.
• Experience running accounts or managing major campaign work as a client-facing production lead.
• Strong creative judgment and a proven record of producing industry-leading work.
• Experience managing budgets, deadlines, teams, vendors, and production partners.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Availability for after-hours work and overnight travel to shoots and post sessions.

Nice to have

• Portfolio covering large- and small-budget productions across various media.
• Production leadership experience in pharmaceutical business.
• Experience working with celebrities, athletes, musicians, influencers, and other talent.
• Experience with union and non-union productions, including SAG and non-SAG talent.
• Knowledge of current music, media, distribution, directing, film, and technology trends.
