Tourism Technician – Night Shift (M/F/D)

Location: Hybrid in Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto, Portugal. The role becomes 100% remote after approximately 2 months of mandatory 100% on-site training. Availability for fixed night shifts and rotating shifts is required.

What you will do

• Create, modify, and cancel travel reservations.
• Support Travel Partners with reservation-related requests.
• Manage flight reservations using GDS systems, preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo.
• Liaise with suppliers and resolve operational issues and urgent requests.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reservation processes.

Requirements

• Experience with flight reservations and GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, problem-solving, and customer-oriented skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
• A higher education qualification in Tourism or a related field is preferred.
• Availability for 100% on-site training and fixed night shifts is required.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Higher education in Tourism or a related field.
