Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Operator (B2B)

Location: Porto, Portugal; hybrid work with rotational shifts from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00 CET.

What you will do

• Support corporate B2B clients through chat, phone, and email.
• Provide order-status updates and strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collect customer feedback and identify market needs.
• Resolve medium- and high-complexity cases independently with minimal supervisor involvement.
• Participate in working groups related to new functionality development and testing.
• Collaborate with marketing on surveys, customer research, and proposal generation.

Requirements

• Native Dutch speaker with English at B1 level.
• At least one year of experience working with clients.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of customer-service business processes.
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry.

Nice to have

• Experience using automobile spare-parts catalogs such as TecDoc.
• Experience using technical spare-parts selection websites such as Partlink.
