What you will do

• Support daily communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Translate and clarify information between English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders when needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and assist with product demonstrations.
• Support documentation and content localization.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues to clarify requirements, feedback, and expectations.
• Help strengthen client relationships and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English or Spanish with clear written and verbal communication skills in at least one language.
• Customer service or client-facing experience, including relationship-building, active listening, and problem-solving.
• Comfort working with digital products and software solutions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Porto and engage directly with colleagues and clients.

Nice to have

• Ability to translate or interpret between English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with basic office and communication tools.
• Academic or professional background in communication, languages, business, or a related field.
