Tourism Technician (M/F/D)

Location: Hybrid, Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto, Portugal

What you will do

• Manage reservations from creation through modification and cancellation.
• Provide technical and operational support to Travel Partners.
• Liaise with travel suppliers to coordinate booking requirements.
• Manage flight reservations using GDS systems, preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reservation and operational processes.

Requirements

• Higher education qualification in Tourism or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar tourism, tour operator, or travel agency role is advantageous.
• Good command of English is required.
• Strong organisational skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Dynamic, assertive, enthusiastic, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.
