Technical Recruiter, Engineering (Fixed Term)

Location: Hybrid, with at least 4 days per week onsite at the GravityWorks factory in Centennial, Colorado; occasional travel to other offices and hiring events. Applicants must meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required authorizations.

Base salary: $105,000–$140,000 annually, plus equity participation.

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process and partner with Core Engineering hiring leaders.
• Source and engage specialized engineering talent across propulsion, autonomy, flight software, avionics, and related disciplines.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from outreach through offer negotiation and close.
• Build passive-talent pipelines and networks within specialized technical communities.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, meet recruiting SLAs, and provide hiring progress reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Security, People, and other teams on process improvement, interview training, university relations, and talent events.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong experience filling technical or engineering roles and meeting hiring goals.
• Ability to manage 10–20 or more open roles concurrently.
• Data-driven, organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work onsite at least 4 days per week in Centennial, Colorado and satisfy U.S. space-technology export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in propulsion, systems, mechanical, electrical, autonomy, ML/AI, simulation, flight software, GNC, or product engineering.
• Experience in a high-growth technology or product-focused startup, aerospace, defense, or national security.
• Experience hiring DoD-cleared talent at the Secret or Top Secret level.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
