Technical Sourcer (Hardware)

What you will do

• Proactively identify, engage, and build pipelines of specialized hardware and engineering talent.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and map competitive talent markets for multiple technical requisitions.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and creative sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach, generate candidate interest, and evaluate basic technical alignment before recruiter handoff.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers by providing sourcing insights, market intelligence, and candidate recommendations.
• Maintain accurate sourcing pipelines, candidate records, and outreach activity in ATS tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience focused on hardware and engineering talent.
• Experience sourcing across mechanical, electrical/electronics, embedded systems, firmware, RF/wireless, systems engineering, and hardware test.
• Understanding of CAD, PCB design, embedded systems, microcontrollers, FPGA, RF systems, and hardware verification and validation.
• Strong research, market-mapping, organization, and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools; Lever experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing in space, satellite, aerospace, defense, or other complex hardware and deep-tech industries.
• Experience with avionics, GNC, RF engineering, PCB design, manufacturing engineering, or assembly, integration, and test.
• Knowledge of US and European aerospace talent ecosystems and familiarity with ITAR, EAR, and related compliance considerations.
• Experience with sourcing analytics, high-volume hiring, startup environments, or rapid engineering team expansion.
