Talent Acquisition, Recruiter - Contractor (Fintech)

Location: Greenwich, Connecticut, United States; office attendance required Monday–Thursday, with remote work available on Friday

Salary: $35.00–$50.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support senior recruiters in filling roles across multiple departments.
• Review and source resumes, screen candidates, and recommend qualified profiles to hiring managers.
• Build candidate pipelines through creative job postings and sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidates through the Greenhouse ATS and maintain accurate recruiting data.
• Support HR initiatives related to diversity, candidate experience, and employee engagement.
• Provide a high-quality recruiting experience and monitor industry hiring trends.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience.
• Experience assessing resumes and conducting candidate screening calls.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to work in the Greenwich office Monday–Thursday, with remote work on Friday.

Nice to have

• Exposure to financial services or fintech recruiting.
• Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.
