GTM Operations Analyst – Analytics & Automation (AI)

Location: Remote USA

Salary: $99,500–$129,400 USD annual base salary, with potential eligibility for bonus, sales commission, and/or equity.

What you will do

• Partner with commercial stakeholders and GTM Operations colleagues to deliver analytics and automation initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models for planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial execution.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate analysis into clear recommendations.
• Develop workflow automations and AI-assisted solutions with technical specialists, including complex requirements and integrations.
• Validate reporting and workflow outputs, document business logic, and support testing, adoption, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data & Analytics, IT, and regional operations to standardize metrics, resolve data discrepancies, and share reusable solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum eight years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or commercial analytics.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, recurring revenue, and commercial processes.
• Hands-on business intelligence and data modeling experience, including dashboard development, data analysis, and result validation.
• Practical experience with workflow automation and AI tools for improving business processes.
• Ability to translate business questions into practical solutions, troubleshoot independently, and collaborate with technical specialists.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with strong prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce reporting and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, APIs, Agentforce, or Copilot Studio.
• Experience delivering reusable capabilities across regions and working with globally distributed teams.
