Senior Director, GTM Planning & Analysis

Location: Hybrid role based in the New York City office

Base wage: $212,000–$274,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead annual and long-range GTM planning, translating company growth goals and financial targets into an integrated operating plan.
• Build and maintain a GTM model connecting marketing investment, demand generation, pipeline, conversion, sales capacity, retention, expansion, product mix, and revenue outcomes.
• Own forecasting and reforecasting, identify performance gaps and underlying drivers, and recommend changes to investments, capacity, priorities, and execution.
• Lead sales capacity, headcount, productivity, quota, and territory planning with Sales and Revenue Operations.
• Develop scenario models covering investment, hiring, productivity, channel mix, product mix, and growth trade-offs.
• Build a scalable planning and analytics environment using AI, automation, and modern data capabilities, while leading the GTM Planning & Analysis team.

Requirements

• Significant experience in GTM planning, strategic finance, FP&A, revenue strategy, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical leadership role.
• Experience building integrated business or GTM plans that connect financial targets with functional assumptions and execution plans.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM models, including Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and expansion.
• Experience with forecasting, scenario modeling, capacity and productivity planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Strong financial and analytical judgment, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders across GTM and Finance functions.
• Experience building or leading high-performing analytical teams in complex, evolving environments.
