Strategy & Planning Advisor

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; or Houston, TX, United States

Base salary: $91,000–$185,900 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support strategic enterprise initiatives by analyzing, framing, and delivering strategy and planning solutions.
• Coordinate strategic portfolio management routines and enterprise portfolio execution.
• Enable prioritization processes and maintain strategic traceability across initiatives.
• Perform advanced planning, analysis, solution development, and data quality reviews.
• Develop presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to senior decision-makers.
• Collaborate with business, finance, technology, and strategic planning stakeholders to implement solutions.

Requirements

• On-site work is required at one of the listed United States locations.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Strategic planning, analytical thinking, data gathering and analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Business process design, effective communication, influencing, and tactical and strategic planning abilities.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
