Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning (Fintech)

Salary: $138,440–$235,350 per year

What you will do

• Develop tactical and operational business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and support business model innovation initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments.
• Lead financial modeling and business analysis for partnerships, acquisitions, mergers, and other strategic initiatives.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Partner with senior leaders, present strategic recommendations, and lead large-scale cross-functional programs.

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy, business planning, corporate development, management consulting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, business case development, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and developing talent.
• 10+ years of print operations leadership experience.
• Expertise in USPS postal regulations, policies, postal presorting requirements, and processing.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial technology, payments, banking, or financial services.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, or corporate development activities.
• Knowledge of strategic planning frameworks, operational excellence methodologies, or business transformation initiatives.
