Senior Strategic Development & Planning - Senior Vice President

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance Monday–Thursday and remote work on Friday.

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 base salary per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning for Fund Operations and related functions.
• Direct large-scale business transformation, change management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into initiatives with objectives, milestones, metrics, and accountability.
• Oversee the strategic initiative portfolio, governance standards, operating frameworks, and performance reporting.
• Prepare strategic recommendations, business cases, dashboards, and executive-level materials.
• Assess new business opportunities and lead acquisition integration strategies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business transformation, strategic finance, corporate development, or a related leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in private markets, alternative investments, wealth management, asset management, fintech, fund operations, or another regulated and operationally complex industry.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams and influencing senior executives across functions.
• Experience with operating models, governance frameworks, organizational transformation, performance management, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
