Manager-Financial Advice Tools (Financial Services)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Hybrid work may be considered for qualified candidates who are not located close to a physical office, but employees generally work in the office at least four days per week and may work from home one day per week.

Base salary: $93,400–$128,400 per year, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end support and daily business management for the MoneyGuide financial advice tool.
• Lead complex projects delivering technology enhancements, maintenance, testing, and implementation releases.
• Support advisors and technology teams in resolving tool issues and answer questions about capabilities.
• Manage vendor relationships, information security reviews, procurement statements of work, and compliance reviews.
• Develop financial planning tool strategy and influence the vendor roadmap to meet advisor and business needs.
• Lead direct reports, project teams, business analysts, technology partners, and cross-functional contributors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of financial services experience.
• Strong project and program management experience, including large-scale technology development projects.
• Understanding of technical development processes, compliance controls, field organizations, and competitive landscapes.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Valid US work authorization is required without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of asset allocation, investments, retirement, protection, tax, and estate planning.
• Experience with product management, agile execution, operations, or systems support.
• MoneyGuide Pro experience.
