MRO Materiel Demand Planner (Aerospace)

Location: Sevilla - Tablada, Spain; hybrid working is available when possible.

What you will do

• Interpret technical publications and convert aircraft maintenance material requirements into supply and repair forecasts.
• Analyze historical maintenance-event data to build knowledge of scheduled and unscheduled material demand.
• Develop methods and algorithms to generate Bills of Material for future maintenance events.
• Evaluate BOM accuracy against actual consumption and improve material prediction and availability.
• Define customer-specific processes and KPIs for spares stock and repairable-item pools.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or physics.
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance and strong experience in supply chain and logistics.
• Experience with inventory management, production planning, purchase orders, and SAP R/3 Logistics-Production modules.
• Advanced Excel and Access skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; permanent professional employment in Sevilla.

Nice to have

• Visual Basic or other programming-language knowledge.
• Basic database, statistics, probability, and project-management knowledge.
