Supply Chain Sales Support

What you will do

• Analyze customer forecasts and trends using Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP).
• Prepare forecast models and assess the feasibility of customer and supply chain requirements.
• Apply inventory management practices to assess inventory levels.
• Set up and maintain programs, including transitions and model changes, and recommend operational improvements.
• Support assigned customer accounts and cross-supplier solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers on channel and distributor policy decisions and improve supply chain processes.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar role or a customer-focused position.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures.
• Ability to develop and implement solutions for defined tasks and projects.
• Fluent English required; knowledge of another language is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and solve problems.
• Good IT skills, including knowledge of Excel, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
