What you will do

• Own production planning processes at site level across product families.
• Assess, design, implement, and scale production planning requirements, processes, and system upgrades.
• Ensure business requirements remain aligned across workstreams and end-to-end planning projects.
• Improve upstream supply planning processes and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead change management, stakeholder adoption, and collaboration with Supply Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Downstream functions.
• Coordinate the Multi-Site Planning community, monitor KPIs, and provide expertise for strategic supply chain projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Experience in onsite supply planning, multi-site planning, manufacturing, and scheduling.
• Strong expertise in production planning and detailed scheduling, including MPS and MRP.
• Hands-on experience implementing complex processes and translating business needs into IT implementation requirements.
• Experience with PP SAP, Kinaxis, Ortems, SAP APO, Manugistics, E2open, or similar tools.
• Fluent English required; French or Spanish is an advantage.
