What you will do

• Define, implement, and maintain global logistics governance frameworks and standard operating procedures.
• Align local and regional logistics processes with corporate guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Conduct process audits and governance reviews to identify deviations, compliance risks, and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with digitalization and functional excellence teams to optimize and harmonize logistics workflows.
• Act as the main contact for logistics governance, process compliance, and audit-related questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Typically 3–5 years of experience in corporate governance, logistics planning, or process management within a multinational environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and CGEIT or an equivalent governance certification.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptability to new working methods, tools, and digital applications.
