Supply Chain Specialist (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain replenishment plans, monitor inventory coverage, and optimize stock levels to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate supply planning and execution with Global Supply Chain, manufacturing sites, contract manufacturing organizations, and local stakeholders.
• Lead rolling forecast activities, purchase order execution, CMO performance reviews, and supply risk mitigation.
• Support S&OP, product launches, transfers, discontinuations, transportation, and deliveries to the local warehouse.
• Maintain product master data and planning parameters across SAP IBP, ERP, and related systems.
• Develop supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and analyses using reporting platforms and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, supply chain, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with supply planning systems, preferably SAP IBP, and ERP environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, replenishment, supply planning methodologies, and S&OP processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting, plus experience monitoring supply chain KPIs.
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• APICS/ASCM certification.
• Experience in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
