What you will do

• Support the Global Demand Planning Team with daily planning operations and projects.
• Generate and analyze data to support business decisions and improve sales forecasting.
• Work with markets to collect business intelligence for demand forecasts.
• Ensure new product launches are correctly reflected in forecasts.
• Identify savings, productivity, and process improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
• Use an advanced demand planning system based on machine learning and statistical algorithms.

Requirements

• Student or graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in developing a career in supply chain and demand planning.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to understand complex concepts and solve problems logically.
• Knowledge of statistical algorithm models; machine learning knowledge is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data charts, and large database management.
• Fluent English, availability for a minimum of 500 hours, and a proactive, autonomous, disciplined approach.
