Student Worker for Fasteners & C-Parts

Location: Spain; office/site only. The posting references Zamudio, Bizkaia, and Madrid.

What you will do

• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and price updates in Ariba and SAP.
• Manage procurement contract documentation and workflows in Ariba.
• Create and maintain procurement KPIs, reports, presentations, and data sheets.
• Assist with RFQs, e-auctions, and quotation analysis.
• Help optimize internal procurement processes and contribute to ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program, or equivalent experience, in Engineering or Business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, self-drive, and an organized working style.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and in a multicultural team.
• Strong written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or Ariba.
• Experience with data management tools and AI.
