Senior Business Analyst (Property Intelligence)

Annual pay range: $77,700–$90,000

What you will do

• Scope, plan, and execute complex process optimization initiatives across business functions.
• Map workflows and perform root-cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and performance gaps.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering cross-functional business solutions.
• Develop operational metrics, KPI dashboards, reports, and control plans.
• Advise senior stakeholders on process re-engineering methods and data-driven improvements.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts in process methodologies, data tools, and problem-solving techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in business analysis, operations management, or process engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis frameworks, Lean, Six Sigma, process re-engineering, and quantitative data analysis.
• Experience independently leading end-to-end improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
