Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master

Location: Remote from Virginia, United States

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Own and maintain product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, change management, and continuous delivery activities.
• Engage in daily operational activities and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Plan and support user acceptance testing to validate delivered functionality.
• Coordinate data team roles and contribute to contractual deliverables, solution design, and project execution.

Requirements

• Experience serving as a lead business analyst or functional lead across multiple Agile teams.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and lead initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence platforms, process improvement, documentation, and workflow optimization.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, plus strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance. Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• Federal consulting or professional services experience, preferably supporting DHS.
• Experience with IT modernization, Agile development teams, data governance, Collibra, or OpenMetaData.
• PMP or another industry-related certification.
• Experience with SharePoint, Azure, AWS, financial analysis, or budget tracking.
• Experience building highly scalable platforms, products, or services.
