Partner Engagement Manager (Localization)

Location: Remote, Cluj-Napoca, Romania

Welocalize operates in the language services and localization industry, supporting client programs through supplier and language operations.

What you will do

• Select suitable suppliers for accounts and content specialties using quality, on-time delivery, capacity, language, and client-specific data.
• Lead supplier communication and onboarding for new client programs.
• Maintain supplier skilling for client and proprietary Pantheon programs.
• Monitor supplier utilization, capacity, on-time delivery, and language quality in coordination with program and language operations.
• Support Talent Procurement with recruitment campaigns for new suppliers.
• Initiate quality improvement plans, root-cause analyses, and corrective or preventive actions when required.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ideally in translation or localization.
• Knowledge of the language services industry, its technology, processes, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
• Ability to understand and use data for decision-making.
• Strong prioritization, problem-solving, risk mitigation, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English required.
• Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
