Localization Team Lead (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Manage and mentor localization service teams and drive continual improvement.
• Act as an escalation point and support project managers with service delivery.
• Advise on operational setup, objectives, and client requirements.
• Lead compliance activities related to procedures and audits.
• Participate in business development efforts and lead client meetings.
• Maintain operational standards, resolve issues, communicate effectively, and meet KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Translation, Interpretation, or equivalent experience.
• English fluency and near-native proficiency in one additional language.
• At least one year of experience in people management.
• Strong knowledge of linguistic services in the life sciences industry.
• Strong IT skills, advanced knowledge of CAT tools, and understanding of machine translation.
• Experience with multi-location companies, client relationship management, presentations, and meeting facilitation.
