ZH / EN Localization Manager

Develops multilingual user experiences and localization capabilities for an international product.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of localization projects across content types and languages.
• Manage translation requests and coordinate with the internal translation team.
• Identify international user experience gaps and advocate for multilingual product improvements.
• Partner with product, design, marketing, engineering, Ops, and Growth.
• Improve localization processes, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as the main point of contact for localization-related questions.

Requirements

• Business-level Chinese and English
• Experience in solutions architecture, localization engineering, or the ability to design and implement technical solutions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in product management, product marketing, or growth roles.
• Experience with international or multilingual products.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and user research methodologies.
• Experience with vibe coding.
