Location: Onsite in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico

What you will do

  • Investigate variances between financial records and physical inventory.
  • Adjust, audit, and submit journal entry corrections.
  • Assess stock levels and reorder status.
  • Participate in periodic and special inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain complete inventory documentation, including delivery lead-time and ship-and-debit records.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, monitor key performance metrics, and maintain inventory systems.

Requirements

  • At least five years of related work experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic Excel knowledge.
  • Strong judgment, initiative, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, work at heights, use ladders or stools, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

  • Forklift or Power Industrial Truck certification.
