Customs Analyst

hirify.global operates an automotive manufacturing plant requiring materials, logistics, and supply-chain planning support.

What you will do

• Support daily logistics operations and develop improvement roadmaps with plant materials managers.
• Define improvement and cost-saving projects and support the plant logistics profit plan.
• Plan and design material flow and logistics for new projects and launches throughout all PLUS phases.
• Support new product and production-line launches during ramp-up, including product changes and phase-outs.
• Review logistics targets, costs, inventories, obsolescence, packaging, transportation, and timing with plants.
• Maintain logistics data and use standard logistics packages for new-project quotations and RFQs.

Requirements

• Experience supporting materials, logistics, or supply-chain operations in a plant environment.
• Ability to plan logistics and material flow for new products, projects, and launches.
• Ability to work with plant logistics and materials managers on targets, roadmaps, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of logistics standards and systems, including PLUS, BOS, MEQ, and MFG/Pro.
• Ability to work onsite in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico.
