Location: Onsite in Juarez, Nuevo León, Mexico; contributing to the ELSP (Smart Power) business at the Monterrey 3.0 site

What you will do
- Lead receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through effective controls and timely system transactions.
- Develop, coach, and lead warehouse personnel against safety, quality, service, and productivity objectives.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, carriers, production, and customer service.
- Manage warehouse capacity, labor planning, equipment utilization, operating budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, waste elimination, safety, compliance, and uninterrupted material flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, including warehouse team leadership in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience with inventory control, warehouse optimization, logistics processes, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with IMMEX and C-TPAT requirements.
- Advanced English communication skills and the ability to work onsite in Mexico.
