Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift) - 1

Location: Onsite in Juarez, Nuevo León, Mexico; the role contributes to the Warehouse Electrification team in Apodaca.

What you will do

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, inventory handling, and product dispatch operations.
• Manage warehouse procedures and adjust workflows to meet production schedules and operational demands.
• Maintain computerized administration, stock inventory, and retrieval systems.
• Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for warehouse activities.
• Build and train teams, monitor performance, and communicate with internal clients.
• Enforce health, safety, security, company policy, regulatory, and HSE standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar warehouse supervision roles.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of warehouse data analysis, information management, inventory accuracy, and material flow.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving tools, with strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency and availability for onsite work in Mexico are required.
